Biodynamic Therapy and me
I discovered Biodynamic Therapy in 2003 during a critical time in my own life when I was suffering pain and reduced mobility, and neither bodywork nor counselling alone could fully resolve my problem.
I was immediately fascinated by the Biodynamic theory of the body-mind connection, as well as being impressed by the effects of the therapy, so as my symptoms began to lessen I applied to train as a Biodynamic Therapist myself.
I completed an extensive theoretical and practical training programme at the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy (LSBP), and I am fully insured and registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I am a member of the Association of Biodynamic Massage Therapists (ABMT) and I am registered as a massage therapist with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I have a current enhanced CRB/DBS check.
Biodynamic Therapy continues to support my personal development and makes an important contribution to my health and wellbeing...
...because life is worth living well
